Immediate care handles mild to moderate acute illnesses that are non-life threatening. If you are having a medical emergency then you must seek care at an emergency facility.  Immediate care provides support for mild to moderate colds, coughs, UTI's, minor sprains and strains. 

We provide comprehensive care for chronic and complex conditions which require indepth evaluation.  This includes women's health issues such as PCOS, PMS and hot flushes.  Arthritis is a chronic condition which can be inflammatory or non-inflammatory. Together we will examine lifesytle, triggers to flare ups, and identify steps to improving quality of life.  Other chronic conditions we treat include GI problems like constipation and IBS. We use GI Map (specialty testing) to discover the root cause.  

Payment is required upfront to keep services affordable.  If you want to file with your insurance company we will provide a superbill.

Almost 51% of men have hypertension.1 Uncontrolled hypertension will eventually lead to changes in the structure of the heart and advanced disease. The leading cause of death in men is heart disease.

 

Incorporating balanced nutrition can help reduce risk of cardiovascular disease. Are you getting enough fatty fish, bright fruits, and vegetables in your diet? Anti-inflammatory diets like the Mediterranean diet helps improves heart health and helps manage healthy weight. Chronic stress leads to higher cortisol levels which has been associated with high blood pressure. Deep breathing activates the part of the nervous system (parasympathetic) that helps our body relax.  The parasympathetic autonomic nervous system is in charge of rest and digestion. Similarly, meditation and prayer stimulate this relaxation response. Incorporating time for deep breathing help supports your body's overall stress response.

Only about 28% of men meet CDC guidelines for physical activity while 39 % of men are obese in this U.S.1 Physical activity induces release of natural hormones, endorphins, which enhances mood. Dysregulated insulin levels are another risk factor for heart disease.
